Just touched down in London Town

Hi Blog readers, I hope everyone has had a good start to their November. This week I spent a few days in London (in head I'm hearing estelle 'american boy' singing the lyrics "just touched down in London town"). Now I know what you're thinking, that I got all confused about when the Olympics were actually on and turned up 9 months early. Thankfully this was not the case and I was there in a non athlete capacity to relax for a few days with my sister. Even in non athlete mood I really could not switch off from the Olympics. London is just full of the Olympic vibe. It's really exciting to see all the Olympic stuff everywhere. It just made me wanna train my butt off for it! I went to see Shrek the musical. It was so funny and cute. I laughed hard at it. I have to say Lord Farquaad was my favourite charachter. I think it would be impossible to go see this musical and not come out smiling. Outside of Shrek another highlight was going to eat in Jamie Olivers Italian restaurant. I love, love, love good food and this place was super. I reckon no matter what you ordered on this menu it would taste fab.Plus it's very good value. Now it's back to the real world. Another couple of days of recovery week and then ready to hit it hard for the next training phase. Bye for now, DOR XOXO
